All of his stuff that I've seen leads me to believe that he is indeed a supporter of free markets. I don't know anything about his other political viewpoints, but he seems like the libertarian type.

I think so. In fact, Fox Business as a whole is not too bad. Tonight on America's Nightly Scoreboard they were talking about the Fed and Cody said that we did not need it. Then David Asman, anchor for 3 hours every day says, "I've finally come to the realization that we don't need a Fed." I was shocked when I heard that.

Cavuto has been very solid throughout bailout season. Jonathan Hoenig, one of Cavuto's guests almost every day, is also very good.

It's just that it seems weird that FOXBUSINESS actually has some true free market guys as opposed to CNBC which seems to be mostly occupied by morons.

Well, I'm not sure on Murdoch and NewsCorp's (fox) financial position, but it is a known fact that GE, parent company of CNBC, is struggling, and needs government help. Hence, CNBC anchors shilling for the bailout.

Fox Business = Best channel on television. To be clear, there is plenty of socialist propaganda on FBN, but it is balanced out pretty well imo.

Cody Willard - On our side, against the bailout and the fed. Everyday mentions he just wants the government to get out of way

Neil Cavuto - Against bailout, asks tough questions to "conservative" bailout supporters. Interviews, RP often, credits him with predicting the mess. Has Jonathan Hoenig on almost everyday, who is very solid.

David Asman - anchor of 3 shows, came out today against the Fed. Ask decent questions, not a big government shill.

Liz Claman - Co-Anchors two shows with Asman, hosts another by herself. Personal friend of Peter Schiff, endorses Crash Proof on back cover. Good anchor who doesn't take a lot of stances on issues.

Dave Ramsey - Against bailout, financial advisor who is against almost all debt.

This is the FBN lineup from 2-8, with Willard having 2 co-hosts.

My only worry is that they have a Peter Schiff Blackout, as he hasn't been in 3 months, after coming on almost every week, often more than once.

We are witnessing the making of the new patriotic movement.

Before FoxNews (do not rant on FoxNews - just follow this)... We had 3 networks + CNN. ALL of them were in the tank for the Democrats and liberal cess pools. Every one of them. Murdoch woke up one day and said, "I am going to start a network that caters to a niche market. That Niche market just happens to be 65% of the USA that is not left wing."

Look at the ratings and you will see if this was a smart move.

So now Murdoch says, "I need a financial network that lives in the world of reality and does not believe the Fed is infallible and that congress can solve all of our problems."
