He was on FBN right before the global financial summit in November. He was pushing the IMF as an international lender of last resort. The interviewer, I believe Cavuto (might have been Asman), commented that they already were. Haas said the IMF needed more capacity and power as global lender of last resort. This is paraphrased but he was pretty much promoting the IMF as a global central bank and super lender of last resort. :eek::eek::eek:
