With respect to the airwaves in Austin and central Texas, specifically 590am KLBJ (http://www.590klbj.com)with Ed, Sam, and Mark (5-10am mon-fri) and Jeff Ward (3-6pm) and 1400am KTEM in Temple,
(8-11am mon-fri) morning talk show with Lynn Wolley, consider the following suggestion.

Remember the lore of the Clinton War room in his 92 election run. They answered criticisms and attacks from the media, the lackeys and the pundits and other candidates with lightning speed. They indeed, were able to controll the message more often than not. Call it spin or what have you.

We, if I may, all of us in the grassroots should be ready to answer any and all attacks from whatever quarter and we must do it with speed.

For example, Lynn Wolley (http://www.belogical.com) of KTEM, taylors himself a conservative, but he's a neocon, believing military force will solve nearly all our foreign policy problems. He rants and rants about such a course of action. He is no fan of Ron Paul. But the show, rest assured, has Ron Paul listeners in the area who will pop up occassionally to call.

We on the other hand, where possible, should be ready to respond post haste.
You can generally get on the air fairly quickly on Lynn Wolley's,
KTEM station just dial 1-866-895-6442

For KLBJ use 836-0590 or 1 877-590-5525
KLBJ's signal reaches out near Houston, past San Antonio and up toward the metro-plex

This was an article in Human Events, by no less than the EDITOR. Human Events used to be known as a very traditionally conservative newspaper. He more than trashes Dr. Paul. Someone better than I needs to respond to this in a reasoned, fact-based manner.

This newspaper at least used to say they were for the following:

"It looks at events through eyes that favor limited constitutional government, local self-government, private enterprise and individual freedom. These were the principles that inspired the Founding Fathers. We think that today the same principles will preserve freedom America."

"Ron Paul repeated his desire to cut and run, and the other Republicans didn’t buy it."

"When asked to identify George Bush’s greatest error none of the candidates, except for Tom Tancredo and Ron Paul, were willing to attack the president. Paul renounced “pre-emptive war”, saying that we've abandoned the "just war" theory of Christianity. Paul is apparently willing to accept another terrorist strike rather than save American lives by taking out an imminent threat. Paul -- looking at the others -- condemned the idea of nuking Iran, which he said has done nothing to harm us and is no threat. The Iranian war against America, which began in 1979, can best be explained to Mr. Paul in two words: shut up."
