Great clip! I hope you don't mind, but I had to submit this to Digg.

It is truly a shame that the Matrix clip at the end happens to be so relevant.

They were great speeches, but I suspect Congressman Paul must feel like he's preaching to brick walls right now. Will our Congress ever wake up and smell the destruction?

That first address was the bomb. I haven't seen him talk that passionately in awhile. I think it suits him well.

Why did Ron Paul refer to lack of constitutional authority as a "weak argument"?

The video is freezing up on me - I hope it is because so many people are watching it!

I think he was being facetious because the constituion is being ignored so much lately. imho

Yeah, he's mentioned that nobody else in Congress really regards the Constitution as important when making laws.

My friend Shane just blogged about this topic here: http://blog.globaltoad.com/?p=993

This made the national news on the radio.

They used a ten second clip and mentioned Ron Paul's name. Probably on ABC radio.

I half expected applause when he gave his time to Ron Paul. Talk about an enthusiastic introduction!

I'll bet this is the same California Rep that was against the bank bailout. I heard him talk on the radio back in the day, but I can't remember his name. Where is Lady Jade when we need her?

In the second clip he is yielded time by Spencer Bachus from the 6th District of Alabama.

I believe that was Congressman David Dreier

We've put him through the ringer here in Calif. He's learning... ;)
