Greetings all,

Tonight I watched a UFC event called "Fight for the Troops" , (www.fightforthetroops.com) a benefit to help raise funds for a brain trauma center for veterans suffering from brain injuries, and post traumatic stress disorder. I commend the UFC, and the organizers of this great cause. It is a group of great Americans that have decided to step up and do something about this epidemic that has been perpetrated on our fighting men and women. I had the privilege of working on the documentary "Who will Stand" (www.whowillstand4us.com) that was about this very subject, and the lack of action by our government to help those that they have sent into harms way.

My question is: Where is the outrage? Why is it that a private organization is stepping up to try and raise 20 million for a facility to help our veterans, when congress throws around billions to stupid mother#!%**ers who have mismanaged their companies, and/or created bad products? They get bailed out with billions while 18 veterans a day (that's right 18 PER DAY) commit suicide due to untreated post traumatic stress disorder suffered in a war perpetrated by people who are not worthy of licking the boots of even one of these heroes. How long are we going to put up with this nonsense? Why wasn't every incumbent in congress sent packing in this last election with the message that we are mad as hell and aren't going to take it anymore?

Actions by the people behind the Intrepid center make me proud to be an American, but Americans need to start focusing some attention on our "leaders" because they are giving our country away right under our noses, and have forgotten what is truly important. Common sense tells us that the first people who should be "bailed out", are those who have risked everything for their country. Wall street can go to hell if it comes to a choice of who deserves our help first.
