the speaker didn't request a specific amount of time but they are doing 1 hour speeches. No idea on the order so no idea on when.

IIRC, he requested time for 3 people and the second is talking now - so I'd guess in 25 mins or so. OTOH, the Dem speaker also requested time for a bunch of ppl - so who knows.
