Shouldn't we mold RPF into a think tank?

Aren't we pretty much a think tank already? I mean, the only differences I can see are we don't keep our discussions secret and we let just anyone interrupt with useless, overused quotes and ascerbic comments about mice. Other than that, we're the best think tank around, in my eyes.
