I'm listening to O'Rielly for the preview tonight, and he keeps saying that Ron Paul won't have an answer to (paraphrase) "What do we do when Iran nukes denver 5 years from now and you lefties refuse to do anything because you say we have no proof?" Then he's said that Ron will be silent because he can not answer that question.

What te hell is O'Rielly doing. Of course Dr. Paul will have a response. Has O'Rielly watch the debates!? Is he letting Dr. Paul get ready for the debate? Or will O'Rielly just Over Talk Ron Paul so he can't answer.

Whatever, I don't trust O'rielly.

Their should be no response to any of these stupid questions until all the troops are home and we stop screwing around with other countries and protecting evil dictators. Lets do this first and then we can see how much danger we are in of being nuked, and we can go from there.

NO he didn't call Ron Paul a leftie. But, that's O'Reillys point of view because, he's used to hearing the far left with a double edged foreign policy where if you have a blue tie you can bomb who ever you want and when it's a red tie your a warmongerer then they say we can just hug everyone. He doesn't understand I don't think a real non-interventionalist foreign policy.

Although he also called Michael Scheuer a patriot when someone compared what he said to that idiot Mos Def. I'm sure any Ron Paul fan is also a fan of Scheuer who was the lead CIA Cheif of the Bin Laden Issue Station and has backed Ron Pauls foreign policy and said that every polition besides Ron Paul is lying about why "they" hate us and he is on O'Reilly often.

Micheal Scheuer says the same things as Ron Paul and he is invited alot and there freinds. He didn't smear the guy he just doesn't think he has an answer to Iran because, the anti-war people he hears are usually socialist hipocrites who don't bother to know that Bill Clinton bombed more countrys then any other US president, first said Iraq had WMD's and then bombed Iraq in 1998 and they are silent about that.

First off just wanted to say Hello. first time posting, big ron paul admirer. So that said...
where the heck is bill getting his info? There is no credible information that I know of that shows that Iran is building nukes. All indications so far are for nuclear energy. They are also complying with the international atomic watchdog agencies last I heard.
that all said, Bill has some pretty big balls to even bring up a hypothetical like that considering WE are the first and only country to ever use atomic weapons against people, not once but TWICE...

I think Paul will be fine.. Paul has simple answers to difficult questions. The harder they go after him, the better he does. He's very bright and I don't often hear him make mistakes.

I'm assuming his response would be.. That Iran wouldn't want to do it if we were not threating them, however if a nuclear attack on our nation was made by Iran, that would then guarantee the destruction of Iran as a nation .. and that is exactly the reason why they wont do it.

This is because for a long time, only two countries (And their allies) had any nukes, and any usage of nukes would be associated with extreme retaliation. Obviously once nukes proliferate this will not always be the case.

Frankly, we can't even trust the US government to behave rationally. With countries like Iran it is even less likely.
