Anyone wondering what they can do now to help the cause? Get involved with "Students for Liberty" !

Help start a chapter on every campus within 100 miles of your home and then support that chapter.

I'm still waiting for an answer. Starting liberty org on every college campus' are a lot more important than posting over 500 times a month on an internet forum..

Students for Liberty is IMPORTANT

Because?

And 'carpe diem'? What are they doing, reading poetry to each other in caves?

Already registered and accepted for the 2009 international conference in February. Should be spiffy.

I know, but the most reason anymore knows that is because they watched Dead Poets Society, hence my quip. If I had to wager, I'd say that is where you learned it as well.

But there's no shame in it. Hey that's where I learned it. Most American's seem to learn more from movies than from anywhere else. Probably because collectively as a nation we've spent more time watching television and movies than we've spent reading books, or sitting in a classroom.

This would be a good fact find.

I forget when Dead Poets came out, I do know Richard Boddie a 1992 POTUS candidate for the LP nomination used it. I voted for him at our state convention straw poll. He lost the nomination to who? Anyone remember?

Hint: He had a beard...:)
