only steps 1-3 are available currently, so it would be impossible to complete fully.

Ah. I am still drudging myself through #1 and #2 at the moment.

#3, Get to Know Your Elected Officials takes a little research. E.g., How long have your state rep, state senator, U.S. congressperson, U.S. senators, county or city council persons been in their positions? By how many votes/percentage did they win their last election ?

I am the NY State Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty. I did complete parts 1-3, mostly by finding info on City Search, Wikipedia, and finding my county's GOP and Democrat websites with the relevant information. Some info does not exists such as a local Constitution Party, so you can put in NA for those fields.
