It Congress passing a law that any crimes committed against Federal Employees DOUBLES the Sentence!

But Crimes committed by Congressional and/or Federal Government Violators are Halved, if it even receives a charge or sentence.

HIPOCRISY... Charles Rangel, William Jefferson, Tom Delay, Mark Foley, Chris Dodd, Dubya, Chenney and about a few hundred more.
