I am not sure what it is, but there's an effort to use it to rebrand the conservative infastructure. Read this and then join the effort. http://hotair.com/archives/2008/12/05/has-the-remaking-of-conservative-infrastructure-begun/

You'll have to look at it. I had an invite from a meetup member but declined.

It's like blogging, but you report in messages of a max of 140 characters.

Seemed like a PITA to me, but a big text messenger might like it.

You naughty girl, I hardly know you!

What my wife and I do in the privacy of our home is no one's business. :p ;)

The MSM loves twitter lately.

ok, are there any Paul supporters on here (http://topconservativesontwitter.org/)? .. I can't find any.. it's the latest rage amongst the conservatives - so a good place to have a voice.

I just started using it a couple days ago. It's like Facebook status only. You don't post videos or news stories or picts, nor do you comment on others' items; it's just a status line to be updated infinitely. I guess the idea is to see all your friends' statuses go flying by on a regular basis so everyone knows what everyone else is up to without the rigors of back and forth communication.

I like Facebook much better.
