Judge Napolitano comments about how Hussein B.O.'s Attorney General appointment had a hand in stealing Elian Gonzalez out of his family and deporting him back to Cuba.

Also this guy was aware that Bill Clinton received hundreds of thousands of dollars to his "foundation" in order to pardon Marc Rich.

Kidnapped by non custodial parent that almost killed him on the way here, so he was forced into illegal alienship. She wasn't trying to make his life better, it seems as though he were caught in the middle of a bitter parental dispute with an "at any cost" mother.
