I was like, "What!?"

Apparently, it's that easy.

Why blow it up when you can own it and sell it on eBay? You don't even need to flunk flight training!

The problem: we can't trust government to "handle" our deeds.

The solution: Privatize the service of deed maintenance, where each property owner can select his own company to secure the deed, to give the true owner legal evidence of rightful purchasing.

So when crap like this happens, the victims can bring a claim for negligence against the people that approved this phony deed transfer, instead of being left on their own to track down criminals. They could also then release their deed from that holding company, and take their business elsewhere.

Instead we'll have calls for more spending on these governmental monopolies that can't get anything right, wasting everybody's money to ensure that a few people aren't unduly harmed by the incompetent bungling of public employees .

The tree too?

(By the way, I could've sworn I already posted this same message. Oh well).
