There was news last week that Obama would NOT provide the certificate for today's deadline. A 'review' by all 9 justices is scheduled for Friday, the 5th.

The 5th is the Donofrio case, different arguments completely. Far as I know it is possible that the justices will discuss both at that time, but it's not scheduled that way. I have to believe if anything the missing of the deadline in the Berg case may provide incentive for the court to teach Obama/Soetoro where the bear shits in the woods. With the Donofrio case pending too, they'll have plenty of opportunity.
