Here's another despicable hack that really needs either some education or an electoral booting:

“That guy (Paul) is the most un-American person in this country as far as I’m concerned,’’ said Hudson Republican Sen. Robert Clegg, a big Huckabee backer.

From the Nashua Telegraph (http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070909/COLUMNISTS12/209090420/-1/opinion)

If you would like to voice your displeasure with this gentleman you can contact him using his contact info... I do not suggest harassment but maybe a well written explanation on why Dr. Paul is very American and disagreeing with Sen. Clegg is not un-American.

Mr. Clegg,

Did you actually say, "That guy (Paul) is the most un-American person in this country as far as I’m concerned," in reference to Dr. Ron Paul?

If you actually said that, then those of us who know better can only conclude that you are either abysmally ignorant of the facts, or a liar. Perhaps there's another option I haven't considered yet. Which is it?

Dr. Ron Paul is the ONLY Congressman I can think of who consistently upholds and defends the Constitution at every possible opportunity. How's your track record on the Constitution, Senator? If your track record isn't as good as Dr. Ron Paul's then perhaps you really aren't in any position to question how 'American' Dr. Paul is or isn't.

Extremely skeptical and unimpressed,

"the most un-American person in this country"

That's some a title from a neo-con. .. Lets see here... he trumps all leftists, socialists, even the communist party in America? What about the hate groups like the neo-natzi's and the KKK..? Oh no.. not them, they are ok.. It's god dammed RON PAUL who is the MOST un-American person in this country! His views are TOTALLY unacceptable. :p

What absolute non-sense, I think these people are crazy because they can't stand the debate. They don't like an alternative view.. Ya see its THEY who have a monopoly on righteous behavior and so called "supporting the constitution" and they don't like Paul stealing their thunder and one upping them.

This thread should be in the news and discussion section.

I suggest that we all voice our opinions to Mr. Clegg.

..and the Nashua Telegraph (http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/), who printed the article.
