And the whole "citizenship" thing will receive some type of non-precedent setting "signoff" by the Supreme Court (no doubt done in camera).

Besides, any any all lawsuits would be thrown out on technicalities or the ever-useful legal mumbo-jumbo that seems to be the default of courts these days, resorting to dismissals based on "lack of standing" or "wrong venue" or "failure to pursue all available administrative/political resolutions."

The courts will NOT get involved with this kind of thing -- especially not after GWB has so permanently demonstrated the executive branch's total de facto control over the judicial branch.

We no longer have checks and balances in this country -- we have a SINGLE branch, with two dependent and totally subservient offshoots.
