If you can't color an oval properly than you should ask for help. If you mess up your ballot like this then you should be prepared to have you vote not counted. Some were iffy like the thumb print but some of the ones with the oval colored then erased or marked outside of the oval over by the scanning markers are just stupid to fight over. Throw them out and move on. Why do you have to be a borderline genius in this country to fill out a ballot?
