fast forward to today, Senator James Inhofe in a radio interview reveals it was Hank Paulson who made the threat:

When questioning the source, question the SOURCE from the source, not just the source.

IF I wer Paulson/Bernake... I would be staying inside for a long time and not opening any unmarked packages.
