Looking for Ron Paul in IOUSA video clip

I have been trying to find the video of Ron Paul addressing Ben Bernanke (I think Paulson was there also) that was in IOUSA.
Anyone have a youtube?

found it. somebody needs to go on cspan and get some of these old clips on youtube before they disappear. IDK how to do it but maybe someone can find someone who does. Here is the link to the clip you want Ron begins talking shortly after 1:48

Sadly IOUSA cut the clip to make it look more dramatic than it was. In real life it was not the way it was portrayed in the movie.
