My favorite live report was CNN with retired COL David Hackworth.

There are explosions and shots of missiles with air raid sirens .... the anchor says:

"COL Hackworth, it looks and sounds dangerous out there. Don't you think you should head for cover?"

COL Hackworth (who did multiple tours in the Korean War and Vietnam War) "Are you kidding? I'm safer here than I would be in New York City!"
