This is my first post, but I thought everyone here might like to know about some new developments regarding our country. I hope it's as welcome to you as you are to us as Ron Paul supporters and true Americans!

There's a consolidated website now that is featuring all the lawsuits being filed contesting the eligibility of Barack Obama for President of the United States.

Included is the new Alan Keyes suit, the continuing Supreme Court case by Leo C. Donofrio and the rejected for standing Berg case.

If you look, you'll see that Gary Kreep is the attorney listed for Alan Keyes. I'm not sure who else will be with him but this should be good. Alan Keyes certainly DOES have standing and can't be rejected like Berg was in his case.

There's also a previous radio stream of Donofrio on a past broadcast.

Sorry to make this post so hasty, but I thought the good people here might also like to know and time is getting short for the broadcast.

After the broadcast, if you'd like to solicit this site by posting there, it's most welcome! Many invitations just went hours ago, so we expect many to be stopping by to read posts.

That Donofrio guy sounds pretty good. Sez he has no horse in the race because he voted for RP, is a constitutional lawyer.... Seems to me there might be a LOT of places he could be useful....:) He says his website has no form letters because he doesn't "believe people should be shepherded, we should be our own shepherd"...

The court system, for all it's flaws and corruption, seems to force their hand. It forces them to acknowledge issues and gets on the record their responses and rulings, highlights the tyranny and bias they practice, or better case scenario - WE WIN.

I wonder why we don't challenge MORE unconstitutional policy/law in this manner.

The Issue of Obama's citizenship has not been resolved. Before the electoral college casts it's votes we as Americans have the right and Obama as the obligation to prove he's qualified as required in the constitution of the United States. It's one of the most critical issues of this election. Are we a Constitutional Republic or are we a dictatorship. Because if Barack Hussein Obama knowingly ran for the office President in violation of the Constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen, America has just elected a tyrant. There will be virtually no limit to the abuse of power such a man would be capable of.

what I didn't know until I heard Donofrio and looked deeper into his case, is that even if Obama sufficiently proves he was born in Hawaii, he is still not a "natural born" citizen because he was a citizen of Great Britain at the time of his birth.

No only that, but according to the Berg case, in order to go to school in Indonesia at that time you had to become an Indonesian citizen. The simple fact that he attended school there would have renounced any US citizenship, if he'd had it. Indonesia didn't allow for dual citizenship as I remember it, and neither does the US constitution. Doesn't really matter which way you want to look at it, he fails regardless of which route is taken.

However, if Donofrio's gets any traction, then all of the electorate needs to be contacted directly prior to their voting on Dec 15, 2008.

Does anyone have any knowledge on how to get this info to the electorate?

Yes the are officers of the state thus required to swear an oath.

I noticed today that the Donofrio blog lists dec. 5 as the docket date for a hearing of his case by the supremes. Berg's case has a response demand for Soetoro by dec. 1. Things could get a little interesting here...:)

I wish we would, especially when it comes to the gestapo tactics that are used on people regarding their own property. It HAS to stop, it's getting ridiculous. If anyone can recommend a constitutional attorney please IM me?

No. They're sworn to uphold the Constitution, not vote the way they "promised" to in the presidential general election. There've been examples of these called "unfaithful" or "faithless elector" http://www.avagara.com/e_c/ec_unfaithful.htm

Presidential electors are free to vote for anybody they so chose. The method of choosing the POTUS (via the state legislatures choosing the manner of appointing the presidential electors) was meant to stop a demigod from getting elected POTUS because of blind devotion.

Actually you are incorrect. There was a hearing yesterday in the Supreme Court of Hawaii with the Attorney General and Andy Martin... The Judge is reviewing the case.


In addition Lan Lamphere at Patriot Brigade received a phone call from FOX yesterday asking about the story in which he broke concerning the NJ case that is Now in the US Supreme Court with Justice Thomas...which has been sent to conference on December 5th.. Meaning the Justices will meet and if 4 Justices decide to hear the case it will go to trial.

This isn't about right or left wing... it is about OUR CONSTITUTION and the RULE of LAW.
