LOL Just heard this on CNN...Obama said this in a press conference dealio. So what exactly does he mean by only one government and one president at a time?? I understand the latter, but does that mean when he takes oath and is president, he'll institute a new government??

I think he's saying that there isn't much he can do right now because Bush is still Pres.

...that's not what I was trying to get at. He said we only have one government at a time as if when he's elected our form of government will change.

a form of gov't CAN vary... whereas
saying "form of administration" smoothly
