You are quite the Debbie Downer, huh? Nothing personal, goofy, naive and wide-eyed optimists just tend to REALLY piss me off. :p

Congratulations.

Now go walk down the street and ask a hundred people to name four political parties. How many of them do you think will mention the Constitution party?

This question has probably already been posted, but where can I go to see how many write-ins he got per state?

Were there actually people here who thought he had a chance of winning?

http://uselectionatlas.org/RESULTS/national.php?year=2008&minper=0&f=1&off=0&elect=0

this only gives the total number of write in votes by state. You may have to check w/ each state's official election results to get more details.

Were there actually people here who thought he had a chance of winning? Beats me! There sure was a lot of RAH, RAH for him, on the RPF.

I dont think anyone seriously thought he could win---but any guesstimate above 250,000 votes was just laughable.

I don't think people expected Baldwin to take the election, but an increase in third party voting is a good sign that voters may want an alternative to the "two party system."

And the MAJORITY of "We the People" ( ~200 MILLION ) constituting non voters don't even give them a qualm or a hint. Right?

Let's just tax, regulate and tyrannize the voters. OK? :D
