I personally believe that at some point Obama's garbage will be seen though by the judicial branch, and stopped. So the question is, what is Biden going to bring?

Well, if Obama is declared ineligible, first the DNC has the opportunity to tell their electors who to vote for instead of Obama. If they vote for Obama anyway, their votes don't count. Since that would mean Biden was elected Vice President, but no one has been elected President, McCain would become President by default (assuming there were no faithless electors) because the House must choose between the top three candidates, and with no one voting for anyone but Obama and McCain, McCain would be the only eligible candidate. If Obama loses the case, it will most likely be President Clinton or McCain, but Biden will be VP in any case.
