check this out:

The Shock Doctrine Short Film (http://www.naomiklein.org/shock-doctrine/short-film)

listen close at the 3:30 mark because it sounds very similar to Dr. Paul's non-interventionist economic policy.

I don't think the author has a good understanding of free market principles.. What we have today in the US, are not free markets.

i'd honestly steer clear of this, it all seems like pure propaganda.. may make some good points, but its message i'm 99% sure will suggest some form of socialism.

Exactly.

While we do not have OMG LIBERTARIANISM TODAY, it's fair to say that Friedman's views have had more influence then the socialists like. They blame it on conspiracy.

That movies is NOTHING - downhere in Israel there are people who SERIOUSLY claim the country is secretly controlled by a shadowy cabal of neo-liberals, libertarians, and capital-anarchists.

I exaggerate only very slightly.

P.S. Milton Friedman supported monetarism (a different approach to hard money based on establishing controls on the isue of Fiat curency to limit/stop inflation), end of the military draft, ending he income tax and the war on drugs completely and introducing school choice as an intermediate step to privatising all education.

Can you tell me how someone from Israel knows all this? :) Yet 95%+ of Americans wouldn't have a clue?

I honestly don't know.. The book may have some good research in it but I can tell you it will be riddled with garbage.

This is a blatant attack on the concept of free-market capitalism. This is so wrong.
