Bloomberg News Is Suing The Federal Reserve

* Economy

I announced on my audio update last night that The Creature From Jeckyll Island is being sued by Bloomberg News under The Freedom Of Information Act. Thank you, Bloomberg for attempting to expose this!

This is a developing story and the latest is in the link below. THe essence is that The Federal Reserve is REFUSING to identify the recipients of almost $2 trillion of emergency loans from American taxpayers ( that's you and me and every citizen of the U.S.A!) or the troubled assets the central bank is accepting as collateral.

Perhaps we will have a chance to speak about this ( among other things going on in the markets) on Kurt's show Tuesday morning.

Please stay tuned as this develops..

Thanks!

If this is for real.. it would be great.
Once the fed reserve recieved tax payers money it became accountable to the public. Sorry, no longer private.

For example.
The college I graduate from, Louisiana College is considered a private college because its not directly funded by the state.
But its not really a private university. How?

Louisiana College once had laws the forbid inter-racial dating. This law had to be changed after they started accepting federal pell grants.
Why?
They were recieving tax payers money, thus the federal government had jurisdiction over it.

Same with public schools. Its started with federal money for food... and then the federal government gained control over the schools.

And likewise... any private institution that recieves federal tax payers money falls under the jurisdiction of the federal government. Every bank. Every car manufacturer... etc.

This is a consolidation of power through "government grants and investment".
