Everyone,

Look like sanford is planning ahead. I know a lot of people are looking for a new candidate for 2012. Sounds like Sanford and Johnson are the two of interest that the movement wants to support and increase our strength and message on in the 2012 primary debates.

Of note i came across this note of 1.7 million in the bank for Sanford to use to launch a presidential campaign on.

Those interested in joining the facebook for sanford go to:

Lets send him a message that we have to take back the whitehouse in 2012 and we badly need him to run.

He raised 8 million in his last governor's race...put that with the 1.7 million to launch him and add another 5 million and becomes defacto leader

I'm very suspicious of Gov Sanford and dont think he can win where it matters anyway, sure he'll win the south but not in the west and not the blue states

he would merely be fodder for Obama, maybe that's what they want.

Not sure why anyone would extrapolate out mccain vs obama numbers to predict anything.

Boy..not sure how you are going to get a democrat to run in the republican primary...and win...so your statement "but not in the west and not the blue states", doesnt make any sense. You have to win the red states and especially iowa and SC to win the nomination.

Unless the democrats choose a very lousy opponent on the democrats side like mondale post obama...this fictional story will never happen.

he raised 8 million in his governor race in SC and is as frugal as ron..hmm...note the links above talking about very small expenditures..heck he didnt have campaign managers, ran his own elections with his wife,

I guess you all feel that is someone not to support???

But i encourage you to review ALL candidates business and financial dealings..better us to do it then fox news.

Hate to hear about associations for any candidate...because anything that the neo cons dont like will be plastered all over the news...

I don't care if Sanford has 10 Million in the bank, he won't get a dime or any support from me.

Scandi,

I'm not sure if I trust Sanford, after he went to the Bilderberg conference. I would like to hear his explanation of that.

josh and libertyeagle...

I spent years fighting against mccain's legislation and the man is a mess...so no arguements on being anti him and his kind.

But a lot of good people play the game differently on how to get past the neo cons.

i need as much from sanford as you both have pushed...but else him I dont see a viable way to win and much worse is that which comes immediately after 2016.

52 trillion in unfunded mandates, a dieing economy, a 10 trillion dollar debt and the list goes on.....might as well drop in mrs clinton just to add insult to injury.

its best we get in with sanford and ask him direct questions...i will be the first to pull out if his answers are pro NWO instead of pro the people and liberty.

But if he is smart as a fox as I suspect he is, just as reagan was he worked the system and got himself in office, but this time we must prevent a george bush sr from latching on and put our person(s) in instead as vp.

If someone besides Johnson can come along at top of the ticket then we could stand a chance.

I have saw other republican party unity candidates that are anti nwo like roy moore or ventura. But large sections of the movement have strong dislikes against them. Also Moore has been off the national stage for a time. Then on ventura's part the whole 9/11 baggage is very hard to overcome the machine on

as reagan was he worked the system and got himself in office.

The problem is that Reagan talked a good game, but did very little of what he talked about. Lest we forget that he accepted the well-known globalist, Bush, as his V.P. (although he was probably forced to do so) and brought the neocons into the Republican Party.

So, I'm not giving up on Sanford totally yet, but I honestly do not believe that anyone much worth their salt is going to be allowed to get very far at the national level.

I like Sanford because he really helped out Ron Paul's campaign at a crucial moment when it was needed by endorsing him right before the South Carolina elections.

Oh wait...

So obviously that makes it a really good reason to reject Sanford... I guess that makes sense in some Bizarro World kind of way (and who can really deny that we live in Bizarro World these days?)

Oh wait...

So first we reject him for things he does that are like Ron Paul -- and then we reject him for things that he didn't do but which we expected him to do, but which he didn't (because it probably would have made a difference anyway being as the RP campaign itself wasn't really trying to win in his state anyway). Hmmm, that makes total sense.

Is he a billionaire? I mean this would be so cool... we wouldn't have to do ANY money bombs or anything like that because he could just run his campaign like Mitt Romney and pay for it all himself -- (HEY... maybe he'd be willing to PAY people to do things for his campaign... you know like post stuff on forums and junk... that way we wouldn't have to get up out of our comfy chairs... KEWL!)

Plus, since he's like some kinda "rich guy" and all, he could probably pay people to drive busloads full of pre-paid "supporters" to events, and then pay other people to chant his name -- and others to canvas for him & stuff... and we can just sit back and watch "our guy" win!!!

This would be SOOO like American Idol... WOW there's an idea, maybe we can get the primary voting changed so that people can "text" in their votes, and slowly "vote off" the candidates we don't like (based on how much stuff they'll do for us!)
