View Full Version : Best "non-mainstream" NEWS sources?

I really did not know where else to post this, so if this is the wrong forum, moderators please be understanding.

Which alternative, non-mainstream, sources of online news do you guys find to be among the best and/or sympathetic to more "classic" Libertarian and Nationalist views on the issues?

I have found plenty that lean towards the socialist/marxist point of view, but haven't found any online that go in the other direction.

Would anyone in here care to share which sources they prefer to get their news and analysis from?

If so, please post such info as I would really like an alternative to the so-called "Mainstream" press that isn't all about tree-hugging and how European socialism is the wave of the future.

Thank you for the link.

Any other resources that others would care to mention?

I don't know if it is technically a "news" source, but http://www.lewrockwell.com/ is always interesting and informative.

I check Lew Rockwell and Strike the Root everyday. I get email alerts from mises.org. There are at least two threads with links to news sources.

Besides, anything newsworthy will show up there anyway! (Not all that crap the MSM waste their time on...)

Drudge... Not sure how non-mainstream he is, but yeah, that's where I tend to go for the "daily news."

IMHO, he's become mainstream, and part of the matrix as a tool for TPTB.

He recognizes mainstream tools like Limbaugh and Hannity as colleagues and strong influences.

Not according to wikipedia:

For many years, Drudge was based out of his one-bedroom apartment in Hollywood. Today, Drudge maintains the website from his two properties in Miami — his $1.4 million Mediterranean-style stucco house on Rivo Alto Island,[2] and his $1-million-plus condominium in Miami's Four Seasons hotel.[5]

Would it be at all possible for you to post links to those threads?

I am new to the forums and am not yet good at navigating it.

Regardless, thank you to everyone for your beneficial replies.

I like rense.com for operating like bluesnews does with politics, liks to a lot of various websites, many reliable, some not so much, but not a ton of content coming from them however.

No Agenda (http://www.noagendashow.com)

They're MSM assassins and they even managed to register www.seanhannity.com (http://www.seanhannity.com)! lol

The best broadcast ever… I highly recommend No Agenda. Super funny and the best at deconstructing the news.

BTW, it's American news, just in case people are confused.

Not a fan of infowars, Alex Jones is a "conspiracy nut". He does some decent work, I'll give him that, but I wouldn't visit that site as a main source for news.
