Yeah Fred Thompson did the same thing in his Hannity interview. What a bunch of Ron Paul wannabes. But yet they're supportive of an unconstitutional war @@

Yeah, that's what they all say...til they get in office. Then they lock it away and forget it til the next election.

God Bless him.

Giuliani promises to preserve the Constitution?

Oh, well I guess I'll vote for him, then.

AHA HA HA HA!!!

Yeah, I don't think so. Giuliani wouldn't know the Constitution if it bit him in the ass.

Interesting to see how he, Fred, and Mitt are trying to act like Ron Paul wannabes, though. It's nice to see that that message carries some weight.

warrantless wiretaps, millitary commissions act etc then. They will all be trumpeting constitutional government, states rights, respect for 2nd ammendment and smaller government in a month yet provide no plans.

Good luck Guiliani.. You cant be an authoritarian and support the constitution.

You can't invade nations by degree of the president and support the constitution.
You can't fight the war on terror (the war on civil liberties) and support the constitution.
You can't fight the war on immigration and support the constitution. (the constitution says "people" not "citizens" as if people from other countries DON'T get god given rights to them because our government .. being more powerful than god.. says so.)
You can't ban guns and support the constitution.

Maybe he means physically.. like "preserve the constitution" as in protect the paper from decay.. he doesn't want to respect the rights it enshrines that's for sure.

Well that's a little unacurate. You can fight a war but, you have to actually declare it. and thre are things to be done about immigration and trust me learn about NAFTA and you will realize why we need borders. Although I support a guest worker program because, you get just round up all those people and ship them out. Also I think when it says people it refer to the American people. Also you know Ron Paul is for borders right? I mean that's a little weird that our govt. is supposed to give everyone in the world right??? Also govt. wasn't supposed to give right's it's supposed to protect rights.

Realizing that all people have rights does not mean that I want open borders. NAFTA is "managed" trade and law. I want no law and free trade. Why should government write rules as to who you can sell products to and who you can buy them from? I do not support a guest worker program, as we need no such government control of labor. You should be allowed to hire anyone you like, resident or not.

Immigrants come here for freedom, the freedom to work and beyond that the freedom to build their own business. We should encourage the latter and then when people come, they will create jobs, not take them.. the amount of wealth out the is not a limited pool that everyone must fight over, but is something that we create unlimited quantities of on our own, from our labor and talents.

When you fashion wood into the shape of a chair, you have created new wealth from your labor and have "taken" nobody's job.

The "taking our jobs" mentality only works when government provides the jobs.. It is a socialist mindset. Regrettably today.. quite a lot do work for the government or in government controlled industry and government makes it terribly hard for people to create their own wealth by working for themselves.

No, I don't really agree with Paul on this issue, but I support him 100% regardless.

Because he has already supported the Constitution, by violating it many times as mayor by limiting the 1st amendment in NY to reduce crime and such. What a liar and hypocrite, he probably hasn't read the Constitution once in his life.
