Egad! Yahoo front page had this story about a GOP "rising star" Bobby Jindal. Young, appealing looking, Indian-American. Kind of a mirror image of Obama for the GOP. He's a 37 year-old governor of Louisiana.

I wikipedia-ed him and almost vomited:

Jindal voted yes on making the PATRIOT Act permanent, voted in favor of the 2006 Military Commissions Act, supported a constitutional amendment banning flag burning,[37] and voted for the Real ID Act of 2005.[38]

Need I say more? Sounds like the military/industrial/media complex is taking one last flailing stab at seeing if the sheeple will rally around a charismatic figure that will go along with their one world police state government.

Let's drop kick this guy for sure.

No, 'Bobby' is not mentioned...

GOVERNMENT OWNS IT "ALL" BY INVESTMENT

A complete government and (taken over by government) syndicated news media blackout has existed for over 60 years and it started back in 1946. WAKE UP! THIS IS FACT, NOT FICTION AND IT AFFECTS YOUR EVERY DAY LIFE!

Yes, that's what I meant. But with the additional observation that the GOP is pathetically trying to copy the Obama-charisma-candidate idea instead of reinventing their party with a Ron Paul platform. It just shows that the RNC bigshots will try anything besides creating a freedom party agenda. This is the type of bullshit we're gonna be dealing with.

Great, Jindal. The GOP can fall flat on its face, twice in a row, for all I care.

I see the MSM getting worst then ever... with the loss of advertising bucks, they will be relying on Government Federal Reserve Notes to broadcast the slanted, pro government, propaganda crap.

we need some artist to do some cartoon parities of the FAILED GOP clowns on the Titanic ship to nowhere, put Bobby Jindal and all the FOX stooges on that sinking ship.

yeah, christian.
People in indie consider him a traitor because he gave up his religion "hindu" to appease the americans.
You should have seen the comments on this article online that was published about him winning governor.
There was no love from India.

The policies that he won on in Louisiana where I happen to live, were for transparent government and ethics reform. Those two things were VERY much needed over here. However, thanks to the Ron Paul apathy cure, I decided to find out his stance on more federal issues. Ala http://www.ontheissues.org/House/Bobby_Jindal.htm.

He has a fanatical following here amongst the youth in Louisiana partly because most think he should have beaten former Governor Kathleen Blanco because of her handling of Katrina.

Here is something I wrote on his facebook wall this afternoon:

Voted YES on making the PATRIOT Act permanent. (Dec 2005)
Voted YES on allowing electronic surveillance without a warrant. (Sep 2006)
Voted YES on continuing intelligence gathering without civil oversight. (Apr 2006)
Voted YES on federalizing rules for driver licenses to hinder terrorists. (Feb 2005)

These are all major shortcomings with the true conservatives in the republican party. Had the ticket been run against these issues, the election results may have had an entirely different outcome. True conservatives are for state sovereignty, smaller government, and more civil liberties. The view points that are listed above are being supported by you, Bobby Jindal, and are against the view points of true conservatives like Ron Paul.

As refreshing as Bobby Jindal may sound to those tired of the current political standing of the Republican party, there are far better choices out there that believe YOU should be freer from the federal government, not be increasingly bound by it.

He is the number one choice of the neocons on Hotair and Michelle Malkin. It's unreal - they still just don't get it.

There is this stupid idea that you have to run a younger guy to get the younger vote. How is it that the oldest republican running got the youth vote????

This Jindal clown is popular on some gun forums, Jindal / Palin 2012:rolleyes:

Thanks for the link.

From what I see, along side all the individual Liberty attacks:mad:, this Jindal don't know much about fiscal responsibility. Proving once again there aint no test to run Republican.

Winning is more important than substance with the stinking GOP.

Being an Indian, all I can say is: Bobby Jindal, you are no Ron Paul.
People dont recognize that the fraudulent monetary system has lead to the phony wars and the collapse of the economy.Making mistakes to cover up mistakes. That is never good. You have to come clean at some point of time. The sooner, the better.

I have heard quite a few Indian economists say the same things about the US monetary system.Read this one,it has become quite popular among Indian students back in India and here in the US:
http://specials.rediff.com/money/2008/oct/20sli1.htm
http://inhome.rediff.com/money/2008/mar/20mrv.htm
http://inhome.rediff.com/money/2008/sep/26bcrisis5.htm

This is his website: http://mrv.net.in/
Here are the videos(6 parts) of the same guy explaining it to some students:(try to cope up with the Indian accent and you will realize that what he says makes a lot of sense)
http://www.youtube.com/user/pencilhill

And then I read this one from Dr.Paul and guess what:it was a 100% match.
http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul303.html

I know that Amartya sen,the Nobel prize winner endorsed Obama, but I later found that he was a Cambridge Keynesian. And I personally didnt like any of the reasons he gave for his support of Obama, who doesnt look like he understands anything about the US economy.

Only Ron Paul can save the US economy.

Jindal/Palin in any order is the neo-con dream team. This is the type of ticket we will see unless we can figure out some way to beat the system.

We could type 6 billion different responses on web pages requesting input but the change will just be more of the same but bigger. To say I am frustrated would be a major understatement!

Jindal was appointed Secretary of Health and Hospitals by Mike Foster as his first job out of college! He wasn't very good at leading people but excellent at taking orders. He has always been referred to as "puppet boy" by DHH employees. About a year later he was terminated due to his lack of leadership skills and complaints from more qualified employees. To save face for the dumbest appointment ever, Foster sent Jindal to some young politico think tank in DC.

On the contrary, I am beginning to wonder if Palin may actually be on our side....
