ptt.gov, very disturbing.

now, a hypothetical question -- Berg v Obama rests before the Supreme Court with a date of Dec 1 for Obama, et al to respond. If Obama does not provide a valid birth certificate and is found ineligible, and is struck from the candidates before the Electoral College meeting on Dec 15, should he be liable for the costs of the unneeded transition due to his fraudulent behavior?

so the question is if he was born in the US and if when he left to indonesia he lost his citizenship becoming a citizen of indonesia, then returning he would have become a naturalized citizen to hawaii?
