Like others have stated on RPF...

Obama is still a Senator until the Electoral College meets on Dec 15th and the votes are counted. Then Obama is the President-Elect.

He's not President until he takes the Oath...

He's really not the president at all... since he's not a U.S. born citizen.

Even at the top of government, they don't know the procedures and laws.

Once again, a product of failure of the Department of Education and No Child Left Behind crap.
