I voted US/UK media, but it was alternative media, i.e. prisonplanet.com.

One Stop Shop for International NEWS...

The last thing you want to do is trust a Corporatistic American MSM outlet news.

They're bought and paid for... even the government "BUYS" news stories.

Shop the world and be subjective with news, not the 8th grade American "Objective" news.

Can someone fill me in on the basics? Who controls Georgia and why does the U.S. and its MSM seem so intent on taking Georgia's side?

Mikhail Saakashvili went to Columbia University, and was "installed" as President during the Rose Revolution after ousting Eduard Shevardnadze. It is my opinion, and becoming quite obvious that the US controls Georgia. The US supplied armnaments and troops to the Georgians. This might explain why the MSM is so intent on taking Georgia's side.
Shevardnadze was a Communist, however, he fired and imprisioned many corrupt people w/in the government. It is MO, that this is why the "Rose Revolution" was necessary.

We need to network with those people, if at all possible.

Internationalism (not to be confused with globalism) is a key part of this.

Especially when you consider that Russia, the ones being unfairly finger-pointed in this ordeal, have given Ron so much attention. Imagine what parallel countermovements with similar goals, fighting off handshaking governments could do.

Here is a video that was posted during the war that provides some insight for those who didn't follow the war when it happened.

One thing many forget and the US/Georgia blocked... South Ossetia and Abkhazia have always declared their indepence, but GOVERNMENT's iron fist ruled over the people.

Next, South Ossetia and Abkhazia passports are issued by RUSSIA, not GEORGIA!

Same goes for plenty of other stuff... great example of government/MSM joint propaganda garbage/lies/whatever you wish to call the Hipocrisy
