This forum is such a pleasant place now that the shills have gone. Now, please don't misunderstand and take this as a criticism of McBama voters. Hell, I myself succumbed to the temptation to vote for the 'lesser of evils', most notably in '00 and '04 when I voted for Gore and Kerry (scary enough in their own rights). I may have given them no quarter the last few months, but that doesn't mean I don't understand the impulse.

I'm just very much enjoying the unadaulterated discussion of liberty today. :)

I don't know, I still see people on here writing about how we should "give Obama a chance", etc. -- trying to pretend that he's something more than the standard corporate hack who supports needless foreign interventionism, a reckless monetary policy, civil liberties infringements, and increased centralization of power. His past actions and statements, which prove that he is an enemy of liberty, are reason enough to not give him the benefit of the doubt.
