Legally protected inalienable rights to INDIVIDUAL LIFE, LIBERTY and PROPERTY form the basis of a much better and practical system i.e. constitutional republic.

Some refer to this mistakenly as capitalism, however naked and unrestricted capitalism is highly destructive just like communism.

Capitalism needs to coexist with a constitutionally restricted government sworn to protect the above mentioned rights,
then and only then do we have a basis for a free and prosperous society.

This is the reason why whenever something is "nationalised" (i.e. taken over by the state) other than armed forces or border patrol,
or any rights are surrendered, immediately the following questions should be raised:

1. Is this truly NECESSARY?
2. If so, WHY?

We have 10 out of 10 of the 10 planks of the communist manifesto instituted in our country in some form and degree.
