Liberty Works is dedicated to reawakening Americans to the founding principles of natural rights and limited government, as embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, by broadcasting Liberty-oriented talk radio shows through an expanding network of non-commercial FM stations.

Sounds like a great idea. The movement needs a liberty-friendly media outlet and a radio station is as good a place as any to start.

I'm curious why they say this..

enclose 99 'dollars' in FRNs (federal reserve notes, a.k.a.“cash”) or a completely blank (payer and payee sides left blank) POSTAL money order with your Agreement. This is your annual pledge.

on their page for becoming a member.

Why not accept checks, credit cards, paypal, etc?

Other than that, I wonder why the Campaign for Liberty isn't dumping a bunch of money into a similar project (or this)? The media clearly is a a major hurdle that must by crossed before this "movement" can go anywhere. Without people on the radio and/or TV talking about candidates like Ron Paul and the issues that he raises on a daily basis this "movement" will go nowhere.

It's a very paranoid and a very shady rule. They don't want a bank account so funds can be confiscated or frozen by the government. Some of the radio hosts are ex-tax attorneys so they could just be playing things VERY safe. There's some notice about a lawsuit on their main page, probably somehow related to their "blank check" policy, so I won't give them a dime unless they're already up and running.
