Good interview, thanks.

I disagree with him on the EPA though. If you don't have a regulatory agency, you probably won't have legal recourse until the damage to your property has already occurred.

I thought it was a great interview as well, not enough "green" talk here in the forum. I'm sure Ron would certainly downsize the EPA but as he said it's so far down on his priority list that it's virtually off the radar. I do agree that it does intrude to much as government does. I wonder why not give the private sector more legal standing instead to replace it? Might that be better?
