Rosella Sonsteby, a 92-year-old Ron Paul supporter who ran for Mayor of Andover, Minnesota, came in a respectable second place.

Gamache (incumbent) 74.0%
Sonsteby 10.3%
Kohnke 9.5%
Kulkey 5.5%

The Star Tribune did an article on her a while back: http://www.startribune.com/politics/local/30867419.html

It seems she is somewhat of a perennial candidate who runs for Mayor to push certain issues into the debate, but says: "I don't want to win." She's super feisty, and super principled.

Imagine how well she might have done if she had run the campaign to win?

For someone 92 years old, being an open supporter of Ron Paul, and not running to actually win, bringing in more than 1 out of 10 voters is quite respectable.

But she didn't win.

Which party did she run with?

I'm not sure any of the candidates ran under a party title in such a small election.
