I keep hearing that some Paul candidates won (a comment on Daily Paul mentioned seven). Who are they, could somebody list them? And were they actual Paul agenda people who ran on Paul's issues, or Republicans Paul happenned to endorse?

Well I'm pretty sure all the incumbents he supported won. The new one is Tom McClintock (most likely... results are so close, but he's 400 votes ahead). We're just going to have to face the obvious fact that 2008 was never going to be a good year for Republicans.

I think once they start running on their own name and not attach it to ron paul like a catch phrase they will be treated as more mainstream.

Like us running around as though ron paul threw up on all of us, our cars, our houses really represented ron paul as a so called main stream candidate.

I think we were too damn excited and any defeat messed with our heads. When you are that high in anticipation, each drop really seems far.

Maybe more level headed, and bring our candidates into the democratic and republican parties as normal people with common views on issues. Even if they are 100% inline with ron paul, if it is as though it is their own thinking and not tie it to us "crazies" then they would be looked at as "innovative" or something.

Who knows..

it's on the campaign for liberty website.

"Liberty PAC Wins - Ron Paul, Paul Broun, Roscoe Bartlett, Doug Lamborn, Denny Rehberg, Scott Garrett, John Culberson, Michelle Bachman, Walter Jones

Jeff Flake also won in Arizona.

Virgil Goode is too close to call. He has a 466 vote edge, but faces a recount.

Tom McClintock has a 451 vote advantage with mail-in votes left to be counted."
