It's this denial that has crippled them.

They denied that Bush was an unpopular president. So the GOP chose the exact same principled man: McCain.

I have heard other day some republicans say that now the moderate and liberal republicans can take over now that the conservatives have been defeated.

Isn't Bush one of the most liberal presidents since LBJ with the spending and new entitlements.

Bush never showed up to CPAC either.
