Once this is signed we all pay more for everything. This carbon tax increase is cloaked in 'man is causing global warming' hysteria.

They will be able to set a base amount for carbon per ton than manipulate that base price to increase prices on everything it is applied to... a New World Order Psychopaths dream come true...Cap and trade or carbon tax both achieve the same result - don't let them play one as the more favorable over the other.
