I feel good about it. But Democrats will suck just as bad. But yes, I do feel good about it. I keep switching back and forth emotionally :D

I'm thoroughly depressed, no matter what. However, I just cannot stomach the reality of a complete Democratic Party control of the government. I fear the next two years.

And I'm effing sad as hell :(

Same here. A part of me is happy that the nail is being driven into the GOP coffin and hopefully we'll go back to our roots. Another part of me is scared of what the next 4 years are going to hold for us.

Yup, that's exactly my feeling. But it's hard to believe they will return to their roots. I have no hope for now.

No. Super majority in legislative branch + controlling party in the executive branch + shift of control in the Judicial branch = Serious lose.

I agree, this gives Obama a free pass to do any damage he wants. Very frightening. I knew this day was coming, but it's still painful. It's like knowing your spouse/best friend is dying of cancer, but when the day comes it's very traumatic. The only positive, is that we have built a base of good people to bring our Country back.

YES! F*** THEM.

Things are going to be hard but the people have asked for this, let them see the error of their ways.

Like it or not, Republicans are much, much better about government spending than Democrats. This isn't good.

Why has the government debt sky-rocketed over the last 8 years?

Somebody will get on here and say "A democrat congress!"

Only the last 2 years.
6 years- republican congress, senate, and president.

A Democrat-controlled everything will suck, but I want the GOP to realize the error of their pride. Horribly.

I'm dancing on that dead elephant. Long live Liberty.

Watch for a discovery of a huge budget surplus in the next 60 days!

The Constitution and country are in deep doo doo, but the GOP and MSM were not doing it ANY good at all.

happy in a way-but not optomistic

do you really think the party learned from the mistake? the neo-cons are already promoting Palin 2012; I just received an e-mail from News-Max about that.

It's not what their leadership wants, but what their sheep will believe.

It hasn't sunk in yet, for me, fully, that the congress may very well turn out to have a democrat majority. All evidence points to the fact. But, for now, yes, I'm smirking right now that the Republican party has mud on its face.

I hope, though, that the democrats don't get a 2/3 majority (or better), just in case they suddenly decide to start obeying the Constitution's amendment process.

You could kiss the 2nd amendment goodbye, and probably the 9th and 10th (though, neo-republicans would probably be glad to help get rid of those useless state's rights amendments, too :()

Its a mixed bag.

Yes they deserve it.

We are still more screwed with the Dems in charge imho.

I hope it is enough to shock the sleeping giant awake.
