...doing so will be an explicit acknowledgment that I support what they stand for, and I consider both of their political platforms wholly UNAMERICAN.
Once you pull that lever or press that button for Obama, you have to live with it forever. After he wrecks things further, you may lie to your fellow citizens that "I didn't vote for that guy, don't blame me", but inside you will have just been another little sheep.
BAAAhhHHHHHHHhhHhhHhH.
Vote Third Party. Leave the booth with a clean conscience.

i dont have enough energy and enthusiasm to vote for either of the bastards, or any of the 3rd party guys. Ron Paul is about the only guy i've ever been excited enough to vote for.

Then don't vote...
I'm counting this election as follows:
two party votes VS. 3rd party votes + non voters..
Should be close :)
Edit: OP ftw!

If McCain opposed the bailout I'd vote for him. But him supporting and voting for the bailout is a sledgehammer to the face of conservatives.
I'll stick with Baldwin and hope we can get a better influence on the GOP in the future.

Baldwin votes x 2 here from this home...
We will be out this afternoon to cast those votes. Then I guess we will decide where to spend our energies best this next 4 years.

Most of my family is/was libertarian, but now they're all caving in and planing to vote for McCain. :( In order to explain my position to them, I posted the following on myspace:
I’ve been debating it with myself all weekend, and this evening I reached a conclusion: NO.
I’m not going to do the same thing millions of people have done over the last century. I am not going to abandon my principles and vote for someone I don’t like. I’m voting Libertarian. I don’t care if anyone thinks I wasted my vote. I think it would be more of a waste if I didn’t vote for the party I believe in.
Besides, there’s no longer much of a difference between Republicans/Fascists and Democrats/Socialists. If the the two people running for president were Hitler and Mussolini, would you still vote for the lesser of two evils? Either McCain or Obama would lead our country to the same place, they would only take different paths.
If I really thought McCain was that much better, I would vote for him, but I’m just not convinced he would make things better than Obama would, so now more than ever is the time to start voting third party. If people would stop falling for this "lesser of two evils" crap, we might actually have a large third party someday and then we would really see change. And I know that personally I’ll feel better about myself if I do what I think is right.

Ah, if only "Eff 'em all!" was a choice on the ballot, in lieu of that... we'll be voting 3rd party, but I still may write in Ron Paul if there's a spot to do so as he is still the only politician I've EVER EVER had any faith in and Hell, he's the guy who actually made me give a damn about the future of my own country again! Call it worthless, but, it is what it is.
Happy Election Day! ;P

I won't be voting for either of them because I don't want more of our troops and innocent people in the middle east to die, I don't want to see our dollar get completely destroyed and I actually care about this country and don't see politics as a big game. Oh, it also helps that I actually LISTEN to what they say, unlike most of their supporters.

I voted in secret knowing the God of glory was watching me. I voted his choice and I leave the outcome to him. I voted for Chuck Baldwin.
