my wife and i just watched it.
not bad. i'm still bothered by hearing that the guy behind the film is a "one worlder", but the 30 minute version seemed fine.

I don't understand how they treated GDP. Wasn't Government spending added at one point so how can that be a surplus against the deficit? I don't think I heard anything about inflation and the expanding M3. The C4L should have done this project, but now this hybrid Keynesian monetarism is being treated as the answer. Though I do appreciate the one part of the movie where it says savings lead to investment.

How can Mr Walker be certain of savings rates? There are people out there like me who don't trust banks, ya know.

Savings is calculated as a residual.....i.e., anything that isn't spent by consumers out of their income is considered savings.

Good movie but they said nothing about printing money and its consequences.
