Can one vidoe tape their local polling place? Can one record the voting machine flipping their vote? Can one just stand there and video tape the poll workers?

Anybody planning on doing this?
Anybody planning on voting for that matter?

Thanks

I'm sure it's a local issue, this site may have some info for you:

I am writing in Chuck Baldwin. It will be kind of hard for the machine to flip that into a vote for Obama I think.

Legal or not I will take a picture of my vote.

It depends on the State. In Florida no recording devices are allowed in polling places Enter text here.at all what so Enter text here.ever. In TN I am not sure but the media IS indeed allowed to come in to film. They just are not allowed to film voters casting ballots.

They can't check you at the doors remember our constitution. The worst they can do is say you can't enter with that camera in which case you ask them to hold it, set it down somewhere, take it back to your car, or have a friend hold it.

Thanks for the idea I'll take my camera and take a picture.

on second thought, i might do something productive instead of voting; like sleeping in. i'm sure i could tape that

Remember, voting for everything else on the ballot is much more important and much more influential than voting for President. For example, your ballot is 1 out of 300,000,000 to vote for President, but it's also 1 out of 600,000 to vote for Congressman. Consider that.
