by the votes of the independents, and undecided. The latest polls have their percentage at roughly 6%, which is also roughly the difference between the 2 main candidates. I have not seen this since ’92, when Perot took enough votes away from both candidates to significantly alter the results of who got elected. He got 18.9% of the popular vote that year. Those votes would have gone to either of the two, and Bush Sr. may very well have won that election, if not for Perot.

The point is this. Those voters who stood up for their beliefs, and ignored all the pessimists that said they didn’t have a chance, had a major role in determining how we, as Americans, allow our voice to be heard. They voted their conscience, not for the “lesser of two evils”. They didn’t want evil at all, and they stood up with courage, conviction, and passion to say that they will fight for their Freedom, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. I know – I was one of them.

We were the William Wallaces of this country, the Patrick Henrys, the Ayn Rands, the Thomas Jeffersons, the George Washingtons, the Jesus Christs – all men and women (and yes, God Himself), who not afraid of standing behind the truth, stood against tyranny and oppression. Some of us were killed, some of us died, never compromising our message, and some of us still live today – and we are fighting with every last dying breath that we have in order to tell the truth. And vote for the truth.

Ask yourself whether you’ve ever wanted to be part of a historic, epic battle, and now’s your chance. As a little kid, have you ever wanted to fight dragons, rescue damsels in distress, save the princess trapped in the tower from the spell of the evil wizard? Or loved with all your heart, and did it until it bled, never giving up the object of your love? Have you been hearing a voice, deep down inside, your entire life, that has been speaking to you that you can make a difference? Your life is yours to live – make a difference towards what you believe in, and what maybe you hope others will fight for, and maybe what you pray for God to, maybe what you’ve been talking to friends for the last few weeks about, and just maybe what you’ve been actively pursuing to enact change in. Have you been volunteering to help others enact change? Have you been helping your kids and loved ones with every fiber of your being, and you’re getting tired of struggling under the weight of government oppression? Have you been running for office? Have you been helping those who have? Have you been hoping, more than anything, that someone will be elected who will actually restore your Freedoms that were supposed to be guaranteed under the Constitution? Have you been telling your friends and family about wanting to see Freedom restored?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then do not fail to have courage now, despite what the talking heads of news networks are telling you. This election will be decided by you – not them. Those polls are largely based on people in the media, and the people that they can reach via telephone. They don’t go into the stores, or in the streets. They say they talk to people who have land lines. But those are the people who are calling C-Span and other call-in shows to voice disapproval of the 2 main candidates. Have any of you ever been polled before an election?? I never have, I’ve never seen one, I’ve never been asked, never been called – even when I used to have a land line, some 15 years ago now. As far as I know, those polls may not even exist – merely manipulated by the media to influence you before you go in to the booth. I’m not saying they in fact are, I’ve just never seen evidence either way. So I have no idea how those polls are generated, and what they actually mean right now. What I do know is this – our Freedom is up to us, our lives are up to us, and our next President, IS UP TO US!!! You, and me, and every single one of us.

A person’s character is determined by their actions (or lack of action). Have the character to find the candidate that you most closely align with (regardless of what you think their chances are), and vote your conscience once again. Just like we did in ’92. And if you do, you will know that even after the fact, and no matter who gets elected, that you stood up for the right decision. You had the courage of a Patriot, and were more American than you’ve ever been up to that point. You followed your heart, instead of listening to the voices of pessimism, and doubt. You didn’t shrink back to cowardice at the last minute – you had the determination to carry this thing through to the end, even though in the big picture, it’s not the end at all – it’s just the beginning. What happens after tomorrow is also up to you. I’ve already made my decision – I will never stop fighting for Freedom until the day I die. If that means me never being President because I’m too much of a radical, so be it. If it means me being elected tomorrow, so be it. If it means that tyrants, dictators, socialists, or even religious leaders masquerading under the banner of “tolerance” end up killing me because I’ll never stop being outspoken about the truth, then so be it. Those things are not up to me. They’re up to you, and others, and God Himself. May His will be done - in heaven and on earth. And may the will of the American people (and true Patriots) be done – tomorrow in the voting booths.

In all Patriotism, and in defense of the truth,
Craig Thompson

Ron Paul isn't running for president so writing him in isn't going to do any good at all.

This "election' was decided before the Circus that was a primary was over.
Your vote or mine have nothing to do with it.
The 3rd parties will not win.
The decision was made in a boardroom somewhere. long ago.
Vote your conscience, but it will not change the end result.

I may vote third party, but will probably write in Ron Paul.
I have no hope that he will win, and no expectation that it will be counted.
I will be able to look in my mirror.

In Oklahoma, you can't write in a candidate for president, and only McCain and Obama are on the ballot. So I'm going to leave that part blank, and vote for whatever 3rd parties are on the ballot in races for the senate, representative, etc.
