Vote-flipping has been reported so far in at least four states -- Colorado, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia -- out of the 31 states where early voting has taken place.

Reminiscent of years past, one would have belief that these problems would be fixed. But that would lay a lot of responsibility on officials to do their duties and protect our vote.
