I'm sure it's hard to think on your feet, especially while being pranked, but that was a campaign op... she could have turned that to her advantage at the end...especially if that was a border radio station.

(ah Montreal, guess that is near the border, must have some US listener/voters...)

She's going to get slammed for not picking up on the clues, but when we first heard it we couldn't understand what the pranskter was saying.

And if it was Sarkozy, it would have been rude of Palin to correct him even if he was wrong.

But it was funny, and she seems to have taken it in stride.

She could only assume it was him since her staff said it was, and kind of was in the position where she had to go along with it even if she had suspicions. It would have been worse to say something like "you aren't Sarkozy!" when it really was.

That would be funny, this is sort of lacking.

Oh man, this is hilarious. This should pretty much end their campaign, just two days away. From the huge attention this is getting on the internet, it'll be pretty huge on the news. And, she'll get freakin' SLAMMED for falling for this, especially with all the clues and shit she said (he even mentioned NALIN' PAYLIN LOL)... Oh man, this will be great.

Also, for those who have taken French or speak it as their native language, the song that "Sarkozy" mentioned his wife made didn't translate to what he said it did... Heh.

She doesn't even know that they purposely said the wrong name for the Prime Minister of Canada, he is Stephen Harper, not the name the guys rattled off. How can anyone expect that this woman could be one day in charge of the nuclear launch codes??

Could this be unbelievable ignorance, or further evidence that the President is just a puppet?
