Texas - McCain's largest probably win - has a statute for when the candidate is deemed ineligible that just gives it back to the Republican Party.
By the December 15 electoral college, which McCain state is most ripe to lose the state electors ? with Ron Paul benefitting in electoral college or not.

Why would you come to that conclusion ?
It can't be because the lawsuit against the Bush/Cheney electors (in Texas) failed in 2000.
Everyone knows that that was the miscarriage of justice - not Florida.
But the circumstances are much different this time - what about Missouri -IF McCain wins it (I know it's a big if.)
